The French Embassy in GHANA & IFRA-Nigeria are giving out 10 grants for fieldwork in the Social Sciences and Humanities in Ghana. This is only for Master Students registered in GHANAIAN universities.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: APRIL 15th 2011
Small fieldwork grants aimed at encouraging students to have a sound field experience and collect original data supporting innovative research in the Social Sciences and Humanities in Ghana.
The approach of the programme is resolutely interdisciplinary, and Ghanaian students from across the social sciences and humanities doing research on Ghana are encouraged to apply. Applications will also be welcomed from students working in the policy sector.
Candidates will have the title of their dissertation already accepted by their department, but will not have started their fieldwork.
