Announcement : IFRA-in-Ghana Programme 2012

For the 4th consecutive years, IFRA-Nigeria and the French Embassy in Ghana have awarded 10 small field research grants provided by the Embassy of France in Ghana to Mphil/MA Ghanaian students in the Social Sciences and the Humanity. The jury was made of Dr. Wilhelmina Donkoh (KNUST), Dr. Benjamin Kankpenyeng (UG), Dr. Edem Amenumey (UCC) and Dr. Gérard Chouin (IFRA-Nigeria). The selection took place from May 30-31, 2012 in presence of Mrs. Valerie Lesbros and Prof. Christian Joly, cooperation attachés at the Embassy of France in Ghana.

The ambassador of France in Ghana, HE Frédérique Clavier, welcomed the director of IFRA during a working session in his residence. He expressed his interest in extending the collaboration between the Embassy of France in Ghana and IFRA to other research-related areas.
